Return Policy

BYJO Returns policy lasts 7 days for online purchases and 3 days for offline purchases subject to product availability. We do not accept refunds or exchanges after the given period.

Returns & exchanges are accepted only for defective or damaged items. Strictly no size exchange accepted as measurement chart is given for each product for reference.

All item(s) to be returned must be unwashed, unsoiled, unaltered and unworn. 

All item(s) returned or exchanged must be in the same condition that you received it. It must include original product packaging, internal labels and price tags.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

The cost of shipping returned item shall be borne by the customer and we are not liable until item reaches our store.

Refunds

We will send you an email to notify you that our team has received and inspected your returned item(s). We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, we will contact you to refund your payment at the phone number given upon placing your order.

BYJO has the rights to reject the item(s) returned and may be sent back to the customer if the item(s) does not comply with the terms of return and exchange.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive the refund, cost of shipping will be excluded from your refund.

Sale items

Items that are on sale shall not be refunded.
