  1. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments through PayPal and ipay88 as our Payment Gateway.

 

  1. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order but you will need to call us at +603 64192156 or email to hello@ebyjo.com as soon as possible so that we will not process your order.

  1. Do you offer international delivery?

Yes, we do offer international delivery via Aramex and DHL that may take up to 15 working days.

 

  1. How much does delivery cost?

Standard delivery in Malaysia via Poslaju Malaysia is RM10(West Malaysia) and RM15 (East Malaysia).

Express delivery for international shipping via Aramex or DHL. Shipping costs are based on weight and country of residence. Contact us at hello@ebyjo.com for information on the shipping cost.

 

  1. How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery across Malaysia via Poslaju will take up to 3 to 5 working days.

Express delivery for international shipping via Aramex and DHL will take up to 15 working days.

 

  1. Has my order been shipped out yet?

You will be notified via email once your item(s) has been shipped.

 

  1. The Item I received is faulty/incorrect. Can I return/exchange?

Yes, you may return/exchange within 7 days from the date you received the item(s) subject to availability. Please contact us to confirm item availability before returning the item. You may send the returned to our store address:
